In the first instance you need to email us at sales@homebargainswales.com with details of the item and the problem you are reporting. We will then issue you with a RA number (returns authorisation number) for the return of the item. This number MUST be clearly written on the outside of the package and returned to the address we supply which could be our premises, the address of our supplier or the manufacturer ( see our Terms & Conditions, Warranty and Returns).
