Warranty.
Q:

Should the item I have purchased become faulty during the warranty period what should I do.

A:

All of the items we supply carry a manufacturers guarantee. Depending on the item you have purchased you are required to complete a warranty registration card for the product showing date and place of purchase. Normally after 7 days your contact for any fault or querie should be directed to the manufacturer and you would then liase directly with them to resolve the matter. We have found this to be the quickest and most effective way. If you are unsure what to do or for whatever reason you can not contact the manufacturer please email us directly at: sales@homebargainswales.com and we will assist you in the best way we can.

It is adviseable to print and keep a copy of all documentation e.g. delivery information and invoices concerning your purchases. They are your poof of purchase and recipt of payment. In the unlikely event they are needed you will have them readily available. We also keep records of all transactions.
