Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours. Many orders are dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri) if received and processed before 1.00pm. The majority of orders are despatched either recorded / signed for (Royal Mail) or tracked / signed for (courier) at no extra cost where applicable, you can check the delivery progress online.

Please provide a delivery address where there will be someone to sign for the goods. If more convenient you can have the items delivered to another address where someone can sign for them, the alternative address must be confirmed at checkout prior to payment and not after the order has been made. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full instructions and delivery details. Should you miss two deliveries, you may have to collect goods from a depot. Please note that some of our suppliers and manufacturers deliver direct to our customers consequently with some multiple item orders your total product order may arrive by different couriers and at different times.

Services we use;

Parcel Force / Courier Next Business Day: Majority of orders weighing 2kgs or more will be despatched for delivery next working day using this service. Working days do not include weekends and public holidays(*1) – Please provide your customers contact telephone / mobile number in case our couriers need to contact them.
Royal Mail: Smaller items weighing less than 2kgs - we use a 1st class or airmail service. Please note Royal Mail do not guarantee 1st class transit times.
Royal Mail Special Delivery: Special request – Additional cost applicable - next day by 1pm, delivered Monday to Saturday.
Saturday delivery: Special request – Additional cost applicable - despatched to arrive on the coming Saturday(*1) BFPO: Items leave us using Special Delivery for speed and security – Additional cost applicable Northern Ireland Courier: This is a next working day service. Working days do not include weekends and public holidays

Which areas of the UK take longer for delivery?
The following list of part postcodes represents areas where our UK courier deliveries will take an extra day to arrive, in comparison with the rest of the UK. This list is only accurate for 'Next Business Day' deliveries.

Delivery Charges
Please note that delivery charges vary depending on the product and the destination. Home Bargains Wales do not make profit from delivery charges. Delivery charges applied at checkout are exactly what Home Bargains Wales are charged by their appointed agents, couriers or the Royal Mail. Postage/Delivery discounts. Multiple item postage discounts are available, but due to the difference in product delivery costs not all of these can be calculated at checkout. Please contact us for further information. Some discounts are applied at checkout.

The following prices also apply to orders weighing up to 10kgs but any item weighing over 10kgs we will indicate the delivery cost in the item description and at checkout. Please note that on occasions not all deliveries will arrive at the same time or by the same courier.

You can calculate the cost yourself e.g. delivery cost - £2.90 + 50% = £4.35 – Please enquire prior to placing order so that we can arrange for the correct payment.
